Update at 7 a.m. Tuesday:
An 18-year-old Dallas man was killed and a second man was wounded in a shooting Monday night.
Marco Ramirez was killed in the 8:30 p.m. shootout in the 2700 block of Emmett Street, according to police.
A second 18-year-old was found a block away in a black Chevy in the 2800 block of Brandon Street.
Also found in the car was a bag of marijuana and a scale, according to a police report.
Both men were taken to Methodist Dallas Medical Center, where Ramirez died. The other man was listed in critical condition.

Cardona):
Dallas police are responding to a shooting in the 2700 block of Emmett Street in West Oak Cliff.
Two people with gunshot wounds have been transported to an area hospital, police said.
Their conditions are unavailable.
